Shipping and payment

Delivery of gifts in Kiev and Kiev region is carried out by our couriers on the cars of the ElegantSurprise company every day around the clock. We deliver gifts at a convenient time for you!

Since fruit baskets, gift baskets and boxes, as well as flowers are a very delicate, perishable and seasonal product, the company reserves the right to change the composition of gifts and the appearance of goods by 20-25% with the maximum possible preservation of the general. If necessary, before the delivery of the courier to the order, the customer can ask to send a photo of the finished gift.

Delivery terms in Kiev

The minimum time from the moment of order confirmation to the receipt of the gift by the recipient is from 2 hours (faster delivery is also possible, depending on the location of the recipient and the load of the company)

The minimum order amount for free delivery is UAH 800. When ordering for less than 800 UAH. – delivery is paid separately and is 99 UAH.  

Cost of delivery in Kyiv:

  • in the daytime from 09:00 to 21:00 – FREE
  • in the morning from 07:00 to 09:00 and in the evening from 21:00 to 23:00 – the cost of delivery is 300 UAH
  • in the morning from 06:00 to 07:00* – delivery cost UAH 400
    *IMPORTANT: when ordering morning delivery (before 09:00), order processing must be 19:00 of the previous day

* – Due to the introduction of a curfew in the territory of the Kyiv region, delivery between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. is not possible until the official cancellation of the curfew.

Attention! With high traffic congestion in Kiev (8 points and more according to Google Maps), the exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Hope for your understanding!

Delivery terms in Kiev region

The minimum time from the moment the order is confirmed to the receipt of the gift by the recipient is from 3 hours (faster delivery is also possible, depending on the location of the recipient and the load of the company).

The minimum order for delivery is UAH 800.

The cost of delivery of gifts in the Kiev region is calculated separately for a specific locality. You can view the price of such deliveries on the page “Areas and delivery costs” or check with the manager by phone.

Please note the additional payment when ordering delivery between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.*

  • in the morning from 07:00 to 09:00 and in the evening from 21:00 to 23:00 – the cost of delivery is 300 UAH
  • in the morning from 06:00 to 07:00* – delivery cost UAH 400
    *IMPORTANT: when ordering morning delivery (before 09:00), the order must be placed before 19:00of the previous day

Terms of courier delivery in Kiev and region during the war

In the absence of an air alert, courier delivery in Kyiv and the Kyiv region works every day according to the usual schedule. During the air alert, the company’s work stops and resumes after it ends.

Please note: due to the air alarm, the delivery schedule may be shifted, but we do our best to deliver your gifts on time.

The only exception is night delivery. Due to curfew, we do not deliver gifts between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Delivery of gifts by Nova Poshta

From now on, gift boxes can be ordered with delivery by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine. Delivery can be done in any way convenient for you (to the branch or address courier of New Mail).

Delivery of any gift set by Nova Poshta is FREE.

Delivery times by Nova Poshta depend on the carrier and are approximate. We can only guarantee the date of departure.

Sending gifts by Nova Poshta is possible according to the following schedule*:

  • from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 21:00
  • on Saturday and Sunday 09:00 – 18:00

* The time and schedule of shipments of the Elegant Surprise company depends on the schedule of the New Post and may change in wartime conditions. It should also be taken into account that in the event of an air strike, all departments are closed, due to which the shipment may be postponed to the next day.

Each product in the delivery section should have a mark indicating whether the gift is delivered by New Post or not. If there is no such mark, please contact the company manager. At the customer’s request, the contents of the gift basket can be placed in a gift box for sending it across Ukraine by Nova Poshta. Also when ordering a gift basket through Nova Poshta, the warehouse will be automatically transformed into a gift box for the possibility of further mailing.

Anonymous delivery

To order anonymous delivery, select the “anonymous delivery” checkbox on the checkout page. In this case, the name and other details of the customer will not be disclosed to the recipient.

Time for receiving orders:

  1. Acceptance of orders through the site – around the clock (order processing every day from 09:00 to 19:00)
  2. Acceptance of orders through the call center, messenger, or Instagram – every day from 09:00 to 19:00

Resolution of possible delivery situations

Please note that if the recipient is not at the specified address at the specified time, the courier may wait 15 minutes. After that the courier is authorized to transfer the order to a reliable third party (watchman, administrator, relative, neighbor, hostess, porter, etc., if possible). If at this time we will not be able to contact you (the customer or the recipient) to clarify the information regarding such a delivery and it will be impossible to deliver the gift to the recipient – the gift will be returned by the courier to the office until the situation is clarified.

The repeated departure of the courier for the delivery of the order is paid and depends on the time and location of the customer. If the Customer refuses to re-deliver, the cost of the order will not be refunded as the full costs were incurred by the company.

Delivery on holidays and pre-holidays

To receive gifts on time for February 14 and March 8, Christmas and New Year holidays, please place your order in advance.

All your wishes regarding the delivery time, if possible, will be taken into account. Unfortunately, due to the holiday workload, we cannot always 100% guarantee their timely implementation. Delivery on these days may be carried out with a slight delay in time, but we always try to be as punctual as possible.

Payment

Payment for the order can be carried out in any way convenient for you. If you have not found a payment method that is convenient for you below, please contact our manager and we will try to do our best for you.

Among the popular and most common types of payments:

  • by card through the site;
  • USDT (TRC-20);
  • payment by bank card (Monobank);
  • by IBAN details;
  • in cash to the courier*.

* – when choosing to pay in cash to the courier, for new customers, our manager is obliged to request an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total amount of the order. For repeat customers, depending on the order, prepayment may also be taken at the manager’s discretion. The company is not responsible to the client (payer) if the payment service through which the client pays for the order violates the terms of the contract or sets additional fees.
